Service Basics
How does the laundry pick-up and delivery service work?
Booking is simple. Choose either a subscription or one-off wash using our online form. We’ll confirm your slot by SMS or email. On the day, place your laundry bag outside your door, and we’ll collect, wash, dry, fold, and deliver it back within 48–72 hours.
Do you service both residential and commercial customers?
Yes. We provide laundry services for homes, families, retirees, and NDIS clients, as well as cafés, gyms, salons, aged care facilities, medical clinics, and more.
What types of laundry do you handle?
We process everyday clothing, bed linen, towels, and uniforms. Larger items such as doonas, quilts, blankets, pillows, and pet bedding are priced separately.
Do you offer ironing or steaming?
Yes. Everyday clothing is typically $5 per piece when booked in bundles of 10+. We also handle tablecloths, napkins, and uniforms for commercial clients.
Do you provide dry cleaning?
Yes, we offer dry cleaning for delicate fabrics.
One-Off Service
How much does a One-Off Laundry Pickup cost?
Our One-Off Wash, Dry & Fold service is $8.99 per kg, with a minimum order of 10kg. This is a pay-as-you-go service with no commitment and costs around 25% more per kg than a subscription.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. All One-Off orders have a 10kg minimum. If your laundry weighs less than 10kg, the order will still be charged at the minimum weight.
How is my laundry weighed?
Your laundry is weighed after pickup at our facility using calibrated commercial scales. Charges are based on the dry weight after washing and drying, not wet or post-wash weight.
When and how will I be billed?
You’ll be billed after weighing, based on the actual total weight received (subject to the 10kg minimum). Payment is processed securely using the payment method provided, with no hidden fees.
Subscriptions vs One-Off
What is the difference between a one-off wash and a subscription?
- One-Off Wash: $7.99 per kg (min. 10kg per order). Flexible, no commitment. About 25% more expensive per kg than a subscription.
- Subscriptions: Fixed weight tiers (10–30kg). Save 25%–36%, get a free laundry bag, and lock in a permanent pickup/delivery slot. 4-week minimum commitment.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. After the 4-week minimum commitment, you can pause or cancel anytime by contacting us.
What happens if I go on holiday?
You can pause your subscription free of charge — just let us know before your scheduled pickup.
Pickup & Delivery
What days and times do you collect and deliver?
Monday to Friday, 8am–2pm. Your suburb falls within a fixed slot depending on your zone.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. We offer contactless service. Just leave your laundry bag in the agreed location.
Do you charge for pickup and delivery?
- Green Zone: Free
- Blue Zone: $14.99 per order
- Red Zone: $24.99 per order
Some low-demand suburbs (e.g., Palm Beach, Avalon, Bilgola, Church Point) may require a premium fee or minimum order.
Do you offer urgent turnaround?
Yes. For 24-hour turnaround, please contact us directly. Additional charges may apply.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
- Subscriptions: From $49.99/week (10kg, excl. GST).
- One-Off Wash: $7.99/kg (min. 10kg).
- Larger items: Doonas from $35, Blankets from $30, Pillows from $20.
Are your prices GST-inclusive?
Prices on the website are shown excluding GST. A 10% GST is added at checkout.
How do I pay?
- Subscriptions: Automatic payments via Stripe.
- One-Off: Invoice sent by SMS/email, payable before items are returned.
- Businesses: 7-day invoice terms.
- NDIS/Home Care: 30-day terms.
Customisation & Extras
Can I choose how my laundry is washed?
Yes. You can select free preferences (hot/cold wash, separate whites/colours, softener, vinegar, detergent type) or add low-cost extras such as:
- Hang Dry – $5 per 10kg
- Spot Treatment – $5 per 10kg
- Disinfectant – $3 per 10kg
- Bleach – $3 per 10kg
- Soaking – price varies
Do you provide laundry bags?
Yes. Reusable bags make pickups easier:
- Navy Blue (10–15kg): $19.99
- Dark Grey (15kg+): $24.99
Quality & Responsibility
What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
We take the greatest care, but if damage occurs due to proven negligence, we may compensate up to $50 per item. Items without care labels, pre-existing damage, or undeclared high-value items are excluded.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We use biodegradable packaging, encourage reusable bags, recycle hangers, and run energy-efficient, water-saving machines.
Special Clients
Do you work with aged care and NDIS clients?
Yes. We provide respectful, reliable services with 30-day invoicing aligned to funding provider requirements.
Do you provide business solutions?
Yes. Subscriptions apply equally to businesses. For high-volume requirements (e.g., table linen, bulk ironing), we offer tailored pricing.

What is your minimum order size?
10kg minimum for all laundry pickups.
What if I miss my pickup?
We can reschedule, but a $5 redelivery fee may apply.
